For franchised dealers

How many of your units are advertised at a price that does not match the one in your system?

If it takes longer than thirty seconds to answer, that is the gap. Send one inventory pricing export and A.D.A.M. (Adaptive Dealer Advisory Mind) sends your number back, usually within the hour.

Your mismatch countEvery retail unit whose advertised price does not match your system or the other sites, counted once, in dollars over your threshold.
The convention each channel is runningWhich sites carry a steady offset from your system price, so a deliberate pricing choice is never reported as a mistake.
The units that break itStock number, vehicle, your price, every site's price, what is wrong, and in California the statute section on every line.

What to send

  • The daily inventory export your pricing tool already produces, with the per-site columns (each site's List Price). One file, the whole lot.
  • Email it to hello@telicx.com with the subject line PRICE READ, or fill in the form and we will tell you where to send it.
  • You get back one page: your number, the convention per channel, and the units, with the regulation cited where it applies.
  • Takes us minutes. No charge. Nothing from your file is retained after the reply.

The read uses the same check A.D.A.M. runs every night for the dealers who use it: it learns the offset each channel holds across your lot, then flags only the units that break it, the sites that disagree with each other or with your own website, and any car advertised with no price in your system at all. Every rooftop's data is fully isolated. In California the report cites Civil Code 1784.41(a), added by SB 766, operative October 1, 2026, and tells you to read the statute itself.

We use this only to send your read. No mailing lists.
